2. Hosting

The website is built and hosted on the Odoo platform, provided by Odoo SA, Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

3. Intellectual property

ASB Partners’ texts, layout and logo are protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. The hotel brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for reference only.

4. Data controller

ASB Partners Sàrl is the controller of the personal data collected on this website within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For any question: info@asb-partners.com.

5. Data collected and purposes

Contact form: name, hotel or company, email, phone (optional) and message content. This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Email or phone exchanges: the information you send us, for the same purpose.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date of visit, recorded automatically to keep the website secure and working properly, and to produce internal visit statistics (page views, country of origin), without any third-party tool.
No third-party services on page load: the website’s fonts, images and scripts are served from our own hosting. No data is sent to Google, social networks or advertising networks during your visit. Links to LinkedIn or accor.com only take you to those sites if you click them; their own privacy rules then apply.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Accounting and financial information entrusted to us under an engagement is governed by the engagement contract and subject to our duty of confidentiality.

6. Legal bases (GDPR)

For data subjects covered by the GDPR, processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and answering the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Recipients and transfers abroad

Your data is accessible only to ASB Partners staff who need it. It is stored by our provider Odoo SA, acting as processor, on servers located in the European Union. According to the Swiss Federal Council, the European Union provides an adequate level of data protection.

8. Retention period

Contact requests with no follow-up are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. Data relating to an engagement is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory retention period (10 years for accounting records under the Swiss Code of Obligations).

9. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work (session, language, form security). No advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools are used. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

10. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or delivery in a common format, or object to its processing. Simply write to info@asb-partners.com ; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country.

11. Security

The website is accessible only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.

12. Changes

This page may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the law. The online version prevails.
